A downloadable game for Windows

A curse turns you into a cat poltergeist - you can't steal anything yourself, but you can knock stuff over and trick the guards into helping you.

Play with gamepad or keyboard.  Created in 48 hours for the GMTK Gamejam 2018.

Install instructions

Download link only playable on Windows.  Download Polterheist1_3.zip, unzip then open Polterheist.exe.

We also made a MacOS build after the jam deadline, which you can find here: https://www.dropbox.com/s/xs4au8czgeapwxs/PolterheistMac.zip?dl=0

Please note: Mac build features some optimisations to make it work, so it looks a little aesthetically different!  Gameplay is exactly the same though, no changes or fixes made to the fundamental game.

Esc (or START on gamepad) to pause game, same button on titlescreen quits the game.
